About: I am a midwife, women’s health nurse practitioner, and mom of 4 wild “babies” who aren’t quite babies anymore. My career began as a nurse in the neonatal ICU but when I became a labor & delivery nurse, I found my passion. I know first-hand how difficult this work can be, but fully believe that when we make a difference for one birthing family, that impact lasts for generations…and that makes all those sleepless nights worth it! The services I provide outside of my role as a full-time midwife are an effort to help prevent birth trauma for as many birthing individuals and families as possible, and support birth workers so they can continue to do this important work.
