…longing for a space where connection, collaboration, and community are the norm?

Maybe you’re a doula, midwife, lactation consultant, pelvic floor therapist, holistic healer, or educator — passionate about helping families thrive, but tired of doing it alone.

Let’s be honest:

💭 The work can feel isolating — especially when you're the only provider of your kind in your town.
💭 The system gaps are real, and the emotional load is heavy.
💭 Referrals and support often come down to luck, not community.

It’s time to change that.

Our Mission:
To improve birth and postpartum outcomes by supporting the birth workers who make it happen.

We believe that when we come together — across professions, backgrounds, and regions — we have the power to transform how birth and postpartum care is experienced in Georgia.

Meet the facilitators

Lynn and Melissa

We are two women passionate about community, connection, and helping families THRIVE in pregnancy and postpartum. Lynn is a practicing midwife and Melissa leads a postpartum doula agency.

Togehter they felt called to grow a community that provided a space for birth workers to support each other as we hold the families we care for. We feel so strongly that we can go so much further when we go together. We would love to have you join The Alliance and experience community, collaboration, and FUN.
